Pumpkin Dream

Kicking off our Smoothies with Pumpkin Dream for the upcoming Fall Season!

  • 1 Cup of Oat Milk
  • 8oz Pumpkin Puree. Fresh or Canned
  • 1/2 Tbsp. of Pumpkin Seed Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp. of Almond Butter
  • Small dash of Cinnamon
  • Very light dash of Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup of Baby Spinach. Prewashed and ready to use is what I buy for ease
  • 1 Banana
  • Honey as needed to taste

You can substitute the Oat Milk for Almond Milk or whatever you prefer. I use Raw Milk as well but many areas do not carry it and it comes with warnings from the powers that be. So Oat Milk is my preferred.
