Kicking off our Smoothies with Pumpkin Dream for the upcoming Fall Season!
- 1 Cup of Oat Milk
- 8oz Pumpkin Puree. Fresh or Canned
- 1/2 Tbsp. of Pumpkin Seed Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. of Almond Butter
- Small dash of Cinnamon
- Very light dash of Nutmeg
- 1 Cup of Baby Spinach. Prewashed and ready to use is what I buy for ease
- 1 Banana
- Honey as needed to taste
You can substitute the Oat Milk for Almond Milk or whatever you prefer. I use Raw Milk as well but many areas do not carry it and it comes with warnings from the powers that be. So Oat Milk is my preferred.
