The Energy You Need When you Need it!

Electric Life is somewhere between Sports Nutrition and Hippie Healthy.

We live very busy lives. Between work, kids, taking care of your household chores; there is not much time or energy left for actual enjoyment.  That leads many people to take the unhealthy, quick, drive through dinner and accepting less than optimal nutrition for gaining more time.

All these little “time savers” add up against your health and energy levels.  Here at Electric Life we aim to offset the time crunch of life by taking quality supplements (to get the most we can out of our day) and add in healthy shakes/snacks and meals as time permits.  Does this make us perfect? No.  Doing these things just helps us offset the time crunch choices.

I personally have no desire to skip cake at birthday parties or be a non stop vegan health guru.  I want to live my life to the fullest and offset the negatives from the holiday meals and time crunch choices with the positives of taking Supplements.  This is why I created Electric Life Supplements.  I wanted to share with you the things that have increased my personal quality of life without making crazy, unsustainable changes. 

The Easy Start Plan

Start with a few small changes (you could replace some meals with a shake several times a week or opt for a healthier snack instead of grease laden fries and burgers for lunch) 

You should start with the core of the system though, increased water intake and the supplements. Then move on to exchanging a couple unhealthy meals for quality meals.  Once you have that routine down start  adding in 1 or 2 healthy snacks a week and then exchange more of your unhealthy meals for Shakes or Fresh Juice.

After a few months you will have more energy than you know what to do with.
